If you’re interested in becoming a licensed Vermont Realtor, we are happy to guide you through the process! Signature Properties of Vermont even offers scholarship opportunities as part of our commitment to the success of our agents.To get started you’ll need to:1. Complete the 40-hour pre-licensing course through the Vermont Association Of Realtors or the Randy Mayhew School Of Real Estate.
2. Complete and pass the national and state exam.
3. Become affiliated with a Vermont licensed principal broker/office.Once you’ve passed your licensing exam and become affiliated with Signature Properties of Vermont, you will need to join the Northern Vermont Board of Realtors.
