Communication & Compassion: A Winning Combination
After 5 years in the real estate business, Gina has built her business on a principle her clients have taught her over and over. People do not care what you know until they know that you care! When Gina meets a new client or takes their call, she will make sure to not only answer all of their questions, but she asks plenty of questions to make sure she knows all their needs and is on the right track. Most importantly, when you work with Gina, you will instantly know that she has heard you and that her first priority is to respond to what you want first.
Buying or selling a home is not just a business transaction, it is a highly emotional and life changing event. Whether my clients reasons for buying and selling are positive or negative, they need to know that they can count on me to listen, understand and to anticipate what they need first, says Gina. While it is exciting and fun to be part of those joyous real estate transactions, I am always extremely fulfilled when the work I have done has allowed my client to have a sense of stability and security in their most difficult life circumstances.
Gina has won the Quality Service Award three times in the past 5 years and was recognized early on in her career as the 2003 Northwest Vermont Board of Realtors Rookie of the Year. Since then, Gina has honed her skills and grown her business through professional real estate coaching and regularly attends national conferences to bring back to her clients the latest in real estate trends and marketing.
